Our Big Friends are friends who are willing to
share personal time and interests with a Little
Friend. They serve as listeners, a source of
encouragement and an example of stability to
the Little Friend. A little friend adds a new
dimension to the Big Friend’s life.
Some requirements to become a Big
Friend:
- At least 18 years old and a resident of
area for at least six months.
- Complete an application and personal
interview for program approval.
- Volunteer time with Little Friend 2-4
times monthly for up to one year.
